Saddle Return Policy

While our ideal would be to fit every saddle to every horse in person, this is clearly not feasible, so Advanced Saddle Fit will work with customers by phone and e-mail to determine whether a particular used saddle might be a good fit for horse and rider. Digital photographs, video, and wither tracings can be very helpful in this process.

Once you decide on a saddle for trial, Advanced Saddle Fit will charge your card (MasterCard/Visa) for the cost of the saddle plus $21.95 for shipping/handling.

When you receive your saddle, you may try it for five days. If you decide that the saddle is not right for you, ship it back. Upon receipt, we will credit your card (less shipping). Used saddles are sold as is, with no warranty expressed or implied.

Other Products Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:

• return the unused product within 21 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS tracking information) for exchange or refund of the purchase price.
• Items must be in new condition.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect:

• Advanced Saddle Fit will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the returned product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
• We recommend that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
• In most instances we ship via UPS ground. Please contact the carrier immediately if your shipment arrives damaged.
